FeesTo make your participation as smooth as possible, we've established various registration categories. Whether you're an experienced researcher, a young PhD student, or an industry representative, you'll find an option tailored to your needs. Registration will open soon, and we encourage you to take advantage of our early-bird rates, valid until 01/05/2026. After this date, standard rates will apply. Reduced rates will also be available for students (PhD and Master's students, with proof of enrollment) and members of our partner societies. Your registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunches and the gala dinner. Additional options, such as pre-conference workshops may also be offered. For students, please send a copy of your student card for the current year to chemom2026 at sciencesconf.org. For SFdS member, please send a copy of your membership card for 2026 (by default 2025) to chemom2026 at sciencesconf.org. Cancellations must be received by 15 January 2026 for a full refund. No refunds will be given after this date. |
